Registration
1. New customers using the portal must initially register with their correct policy number, email address, and mobile number. Following a successful registration, the customer's email address will receive a message containing instructions for setting a new password. Once the customer establishes their password, they can log in to the portal.
NOTE: If a customer enters invalid details more than four times, the policy number will be locked. To unlock the policy number, please contact Salama at

Login
1. To log in, use the correct username and password set by the customer. Upon successful login, an OTP will be sent to the email address displayed on the screen.

Forgot Password
1. To reset the password, please enter the correct username, date of birth, or email ID.
